Soho Taco Gourmet Food Truck? YES! You no longer have to hope and wish someone invite you to their events to have these heavenly delicious tacos. You can now find their Taco Truck and feast at your own pleasure.
Last night I was fortunate enough to be invited to its private Food Truck Launch Party along with many Soho Taco lovers. Did I say lovers? I sure did. Just look at the crowd and you’ll understand why people line up for these gourmet tacos.

Rico, the owner, greeted everyone and took orders personally. He and his company are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Another reason why people love them so much!

The Camarones (Grilled Shrimp Taco) was my favorite, made with marinated shrimp grilled with garlic butter, topped with fresh cabbage on a thin bed of jack cheese and then topped with our signature chipotle sour cream.

Carna Asada (Grilled Beef Taco) has diced certified Angus Beef® carefully tenderized, dry aged and grilled to juicy perfection. Seriously best beef taco I’ve ever had.

The line got longer as the night progressed and people going back for 2nd’s and 3rd’s. Can’t get enough of these yummy tacos!

Carnitas (Slow Roasted Pork) was seasoned slow roasted on-the-bone Pork flash grilled for added flavor and texture.

Pollo Asado (Grill Chicken Taco) with marinated morsels of flavorful chicken grilled to juicy perfection.

The salsas and condiments were addicting as well. All made with the freshest ingredients.

Evern wines and beer were complimentary to the guests! They even put out fresh flowers and lit candles to beautify the event.
