Wendyful Dinner – November 28, 2011

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Holiday!  I sure did!  So after all the left over turkey was eaten, we’re back to eating our everyday food again.  Tonight’s dinner was Stir Fry Bok Choy, Stir Fry Spicy Bean Curb, and Hot Braised Chicken.

There is no ‘art’ in stir frying vegetables.  You chop up some garlic, stir fry the vegetable with accompanying ingredients, in this case, mushroom.  Season with pinch of salt and MSG to taste.

Stir Fry Spicy Bean Curb is a vegetarian dish.  This is a very healthy dish with Onion, Green Pepper, Green Onion, and Carrots.  You can also add meat for non-vegetarian version.

The Hot Braised Chicken was a change of mind in the last minute, otherwise, I would have cut the chicken into bigger pieces instead of strips.  Oh well.  The sauce is made with Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce, water, and a little Sugar.

Judging by the clean plates, I think it was a successful home-cook meal!  What did you have for dinner tonight?
