Love pizza but hate the wait? What if I tell you you can have your pizza ready in 180 seconds! That’s how it’s done at Blaze Pizza. The fast-casual artisanal pizza concept known for its chef – driven menu and casually hip restaurants will open a new Los Angeles location in Cerritos on Thursday, December 17th, 2015. To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will offer FREE build-your-own artisanal pizza on Friday, December 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.

The modern day ‘pizza joint’ serving up artisanal pizzas that are both fast and affordable. Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selections of fresh artisanal ingredients – all for about $8.

180 seconds to bake a pizza? YES! That’s because Blaze Pizza makes their own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by critically-acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent (the ‘Pizza Whisperer’), which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. The pizza is sent to a blazing hot-open-flame oven and fast-fire’d and ready to eat in just 180 seconds!

I love making my own pizza! You can add as many ingredients as your heart desires (pictured above top) or keep it classic like pepperoni and meatball (pictured above bottom). No matter how you build it, each one is unique but equally delicious!
