StoneFire Grill is a cross between fast food and casual dining.\u00a0 You order your food and pay at the cashier.\u00a0 You then get a number and the server brings your food to your table.\u00a0 The dinning room is a lot better than fast food restaurant as is the food.\u00a0 However, I was a little disappointed in the quality consistency expected from a chain restaurant.\u00a0 My first visit with SFG was quite enjoyable, which was why I came back again.\u00a0 However, my second visit was forgettable!\u00a0 I would still come back in the future when I am in the neighborhood because\u00a0 the menu is quite extensive and I wouldn’t mind trying other items.<\/p>\n

\"\"There were only 3 of us, but I decided to order a Family Meal with 1\/2 TRI TIP & FULL SLAB OF RIBS.\u00a0 It also came with a medium salad and 12 breadsticks.\u00a0 My son was craving Mac & Cheese, so we also got a large M & C.\u00a0 Needless to say, we had to packe 4 boxes of left-overs to go!<\/p>\n

\"\"I love the breadsticks.\u00a0 They were warm and soft with garlic Parmesan cheese.\u00a0 The medium salad (we chose Caesar) was no medium at all.\u00a0 The meal was for 4 but that salad could feed 8.\u00a0 It was a huge bowl!!!\u00a0 The large M & C was LARGE alright.\u00a0 Again, that was portion enough for 8!!!\u00a0 Loved the Caesar Salad, didn’t love the M & C.\u00a0 The pasta was under-cooked and some pieces were still hard.<\/p>\n

The Tri-Tip tasted a little gamy and was no where near the tenderness from the one I had in my first visit.<\/p>\n

\"\"The ribs were also disappointing.\u00a0 While I appreciated how meaty they were, they barely had any flavor and the meat was tougher than the last time I had them.\u00a0 I really had to pour on the extra BBQ sauce to give it the flavor.\u00a0 You can also see the slab of ribs were cooked unevenly.\u00a0 One end was obviously charred while the other barely had grill mark.\u00a0 When I cut the ribs, I could see some were slightly pink.<\/p>\n

\"\"Service was very friendly and the manager even brought the food out himself.\u00a0 It was nice to see that a manager was hands-on.\u00a0 I really liked the family-friendly atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. \u00a0 I hope my next visit will be a better one.<\/p>\n
