Wendy and I love all the great food and Stack-Your-Own options at Stacked Restaurant. You would have thought that I wouldn’t have anymore to add after my two other posts here<\/a> and here<\/a>. Then they introduced breakfast at their new location in Huntington Beach! \u00a0Oh boy, I mean joy!<\/p>\n

Now you can enjoy Stacked in the mornings with\u00a0Daily breakfast hours: 7 AM-11 AM Monday-Friday & 7 AM-Noon Saturday-Sunday. They have a ton of offerings from Burritos to Yogurt Bowls, even a kid’s menu. Guests can even stack their own breakfast plate with a large list of sides and egg choices. To help me decide what to try this early I needed some caffeine. The Latte<\/strong> and Cappuccino<\/strong> were a great way to wake up our sleepy heads.<\/p>\n

We decided to start with a Breakfast Burrito<\/strong>. There are three on the menu, Chorizo & Black Bean Egg, Pastrami Hash Egg, and the Bacon & Avocado. Because the Stacked\u00a0experience is all about getting exactly what you want, we mixed and made our own customized burrito with all of our favorite ingredients like Swiss cheese, avocado, caramelized onions, hash browns, eggs, chipotle, jalapeno bacon, and pork andouille. It was a winner!<\/p>\n

Also the Fritters<\/strong> are\u00a0a great starter. \u00a0Appetizer to breakfast? Why not? They are like small beignets packed with flavor and melt in your mouth.<\/p>\n

What’s breakfast without Pancakes<\/strong>. So bring on the Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes topped with berries and whipped cream. So fluffy, flavorful and perfectly made. If you want Glueten Free option, it is also available.<\/p>\n

If you want something a bit lower on carbs, then the Scrambles is perfect\u00a0for you. We chose the Southwestern Scramble<\/strong> with chicken pico de gallo, avocado, jack cheese and more. This was the item I actually finished, I couldn’t stop eating. It’s a perfect blend of spice and savory.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure why but I used to never order this, \u00a0but now I really enjoy it. Whenever I see it on a menu, I have to order it – Eggs Benedict. This Short Rib Benedict<\/strong> is made with two potato cakes with poached eggs, tender short rib, roasted red and green peppers, caramelized onions, green onions and house-made Hollandaise sauce. Super delicious!<\/p>\n

If you had a late night or just looking for a boost to start the day off, Stacked has some extra drinks beyond coffee and latte’s to help you. Try a special shake with not only a donut on top, but one mixed in as well. Also, my personal favorite a Stack You Own<\/strong>\u00a0Bloody Mary<\/strong>. I had to order one with the beef jerky straw (OMG!), Cajun shrimp, olives, celery and you can even pick how spicy you want it.<\/p>\n

If you want a breakfast your way, head on out to Huntington Beach and check out the new Stacked serving breakfast a long with all of their great food for lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n
