<\/p>\nI came across this burger joint, which occupies the space where Pizza Hut used to be. and was excited to try it.\u00a0 After all, some people claimed it was better than In-N-Out burgers.\u00a0 Really?\u00a0 Not that I am crazy about In-N-Out, either.\u00a0 To be honest, I am not that into burgers, period!\u00a0 And I probably shouldn’t be eating burgers, in the state of my ‘trying’ to eat a healthy diet, but I guess in the name of Burger vs. Wendy, Burger won!<\/p>\n
I was too busy working, so Allen ordered out and brought them home.\u00a0 The online reviews on Yelp also claimed that the buns were toasted so I expected these to be at least warm if not hot.\u00a0 But when I reached in to take it out of the bag, the top bun was lukewarm but the bottom bun felt cold.\u00a0 Not room temperature cold, but refrigerated cold!\u00a0 Mind you, we only live about 1 1\/2 miles from this restaurant.\u00a0 I took a bite into the burger and was really disappointed.\u00a0 I highly doubt it the buns were toasted.\u00a0 Despite the caramelized onions, it just tasted flat.\u00a0 Better than In-N-Out?\u00a0 I think NOT.<\/p>\n

The fries and Onion Rings were both VERY crispy, but interestingly enough, I didn’t like them.\u00a0 Crunchiness with no flavor doesn’t make it good.\u00a0 These also tasted old and cold as if they had been sitting out for awhile, which is really strange considering how busy they were, you’d think the food should have been turned over pretty fast.<\/p>\n

Allen’s double with bacon looked impressive with melted gooey cheese but he thought Carl’s Jr. was actually better!\u00a0 He actually had to zap these in the microwave oven for a few seconds because it was cold.\u00a0 And that’s rare for Allen to do!<\/p>\n
