That&#8217;s because Blaze Pizza makes their own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by critically-acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent (the &#8216;Pizza Whisperer&#8217;), which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust.
