On this particular day, they were at Best Buy in Fullerton along with more than 10 other food trucks.\u00a0 I really love how you can go to one place and sample different food from different trucks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-824\" title=\"OCWINe-Macaroon-120\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-120.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-120.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-120-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>Of all the food trucks I&#8217;ve tried, SlapFish is one of my favorites!\u00a0 I am very picky about seafood because I&#8217;m extremely sensitive about fishy smell.\u00a0 But none of the items I tried ever tasted &#8216;fishy&#8217;!\u00a0 Everything was fresh and delicious!<\/p>\n<p>We started with the famous Lobsticle.\u00a0 This was half of a pan-grilled cold water rock lobster tail topped with chipotle aioli, champagne vinaigrette and fresh chives, served on a skewer.\u00a0 I liked the accompanying virgin cole slaw made with fresh, local green and red cabbage tossed with shredded carrots, raisins, vinegar, honey and fresh herbs, topped with toasted pumpkin seed crunch. Deliciously mayo-free.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-828\" title=\"slapfish-141\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-141.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-141.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-141-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Crab&amp;Brie Grilled Melt was crispy but not greasy.\u00a0 I could definitely see and taste the crab. It was packed with flavor with a bit of sweetness to it.\u00a0 This is a must try dish when you go.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-827\" title=\"slapfish-139\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-139.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-139.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-139-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Lobster Grinder was another favorite among SlapFish loyal followers.\u00a0 The lobster was well-seasoned with creamy sauce.\u00a0 The pickled veggie were pretty spicy and really kicked this dish up a notch.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-830\" title=\"slapfish-147\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-147.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-147.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-147-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-829\" title=\"slapfish-143\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-143.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-143.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-143-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>New on today&#8217;s menu was the Grilled Tomato served on a bed of Virgin Cole Slaw.\u00a0 Simple but delicious!\u00a0 They were sweet and grilled to perfection.\u00a0 The deep fried shallots gave the tomato extra zest.\u00a0 I felt really good knowing I&#8217;m eating something not only tasty but healthy!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-831\" title=\"slapfish-149\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-149.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-149-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I also enjoyed the Fish Taco.\u00a0 It was bigger than most fish taco I&#8217;ve had.\u00a0 Instead of deep fried fish, this was made with fresh grilled fish.\u00a0 I appreciate that the cabbage was seasoned instead of plain unseasoned one.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-825\" title=\"OCWINe-Macaroon-230\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-230.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-230.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/OCWINe-Macaroon-230-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Chef Andrew constantly reinvents new items on the menu.\u00a0 I really admire his dedication and passion, not to mention his friendliness.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-826\" title=\"slapfish-137\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-137.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-137.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/slapfish-137-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>If you haven&#8217;t tried SlapFish, look them up on their website for a location near you and go visit.\u00a0 If you have but it&#8217;s been awhile, it&#8217;s time to go back again and say &#8216;Hi&#8217;
