Doma<\/span> means \u201chome\u201d in the Slavic language.\u00a0Owners Stan and Angie drew inspiration from loving memories of home and their extensive world travels when creating the Doma<\/span> Kitchen<\/span> experience. Angie\u2019s design background and Stan\u2019s building experience fed into creating the atmosphere for Doma<\/span> Kitchen<\/span>. But more importantly, their warm and welcoming hospitality really made us feel at home when we visited.<\/p>\n

Located in the heart of South Bay, the family-owned caf\u00e9 provides delicious, healthy food in an eclectic beach environment. Chef Kristina has created a globally inspired menu prepared with fresh farmer\u2019s market ingredients. Doma<\/span> supports earth-friendly practices – always serving California cage-free eggs, free-range chicken and grass-fed lamb.<\/p>\n

All dishes are seasoned to perfection with healthful spices and zero trans\u00a0fat\u00a0oils. A wide variety of breakfast pastries and artisanal breads are baked daily using the finest and purest ingredients. Organic coffee and teas are brewed fresh; delicious juices and strawberry lemonade are squeezed in small batches to preserve freshness.<\/p>\n

\"\"We were excited to start our dinner with a beautiful Charcuterie Plate<\/strong>. I loved the creamier cheese while Allen loved the sharper one. The homemade fig jam was exceptional! \u00a0\"\"Although the wine and beer menu is small, Allen found a great beer and I really enjoyed my rose.\u00a0\"\"OK, so you have had Beef Stroganoff. Have you ever had Lamb Stroganoff<\/strong> (local natural grass fed lamb, hand cut fries, French beans)? Tender pieces of lamb in flavorful creamy sauce and fresh crispy vegetables, this dish is even gluten-free!\u00a0\"\"Chicken Kiev<\/strong> (local natural cage-free chicken, farmer\u2019s veggies, fingerling potatoes) looked like a bomb and it was DA BOMB! When you cut into the chicken, the herb butter inside oozed out which further enhanced the flavor of the chicken. I absolutely loved the freshness of the vegetables and could not get enough of the\u00a0fingerling potatoes!\u00a0\"\"How adorable was this Cake In A Jar<\/strong> (chocolate cake, seasonal berries, chocolate & raspberry sauce, housemade whipped cream)? The hibiscus tea was perfect for this lightly sweet dessert.<\/p>\n

A week after our initial visit, we were back for a VIP Party where we were treated with more amazing food! I am drooling over them just looking at the photos!<\/p>\n
