In fact it was invented in 1958\u00a0 by Arthur K. &#8220;Spud&#8221; Melin and Richard Knerr. I remember I used\u00a0to &#8220;play&#8221; with it in Taiwan when I was much younger. But I didn&#8217;t know what else to do other than twirl it around my waist. Thank goodness to the creator and trainers at FXP Fitness, this fun &#8220;toy&#8221; now has a new life as a fun and effective exercise tool. Check out this video as I tested out the world&#8217;s first weighted, portable Hula Hoop workout system.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8Ja_sgyWlLw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, you should always consult a physician before you start any exercise program. I had so much fun with it. I definitely got a nice cardio workout in just 15 minutes. I can&#8217;t wait to try the rest! There are tons of information on their website.
