It is known for its diverse menu offering a wide range of items suitable for every occasion, mood, appetite and palate. Right now is a good time to visit because\u00a0Tamarind of London wants to make Dads feel appreciated this Father&#8217;s Day with a new and\u00a0\u00a0special lunch and dinner Father&#8217;s Day menu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7540\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/jpg45.jpg\" alt=\"jpg45\" width=\"700\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/jpg45.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/jpg45-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Along with the Father&#8217;s Day menu, Tamarind is upping it up another notch in June with a Eat (Red) Drink (Red) Save Lives offerings. They have joined the (RED) campaign, a\u00a0non-profit Organization\u00a0which dedicates to fight AIDS, by offering a RED cocktail and a RED Dessert with 100% of the proceeds going directly to \u00a0the (RED). \u00a0Along with the non-alchoholic Strawberry Mojito\u00a0above you can see the RED Rose Petal Martini on the right. I don&#8217;t usually like martinis, but this one was very refreshing and tasty.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7523\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-8.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-8\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-8.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-8-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wendy and I started the Father&#8217;s Day menu with Appetizers. Of the three offered the one above is a <strong>Aloo Tikki &amp; Masala All\/Potato Duo<\/strong> which consists of a grilled potato cake with cumin and ginger and a spiced potato croquette with some smoked tomato chutney sauce.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7539\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-10.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-10\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-10.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-10-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another appetizer is the <strong>Lamb Seekh Kebab\/Tandoori Lamb<\/strong>. It features skewered ground lamb kebab on masala mashed potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7532\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-23.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-23\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-23.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-23-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our personal favorite was the very tasty <strong>Lassen Jhinga\/Tandoori Grilled Prawns<\/strong>. So delicious and cooked perfectly in the traditional oven with a garlic and nigella seed marinade and basil salad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7541\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Collages76.jpg\" alt=\"Collages76\" width=\"700\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Collages76.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Collages76-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All of the main courses are served with <strong>Dal Makhni\/Black Lentils<\/strong>, <strong>Palak Paneer\/Spinach &amp; Cottage Cheese<\/strong>, and a choice of <strong>Tandoori Bread<\/strong> (get the garlic!) and Jasmine rice.<\/p>\n<p>If that wasn&#8217;t enough food we now got to try two of the three main courses on the Father&#8217;s Day Menu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7530\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-30.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-30\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-30.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-30-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The first was the <strong>Subzi Kofta\/Vegetable Dumplings<\/strong>. They are simmered in a rich onion sauce with saut\u00e9ed kale. Simply delicious!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7531\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-26.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-26\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-26.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-26-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The second main dish presented was <strong>Dakshini Macchi\/Coconut Fish Curry<\/strong>. The fish is according to availability, on this particular night, it was Seabass, simmered in a ginger and coconut milk sauce. Everyone knows I love curry and this dish so hit the spot.<\/p>\n<p>The third choice that you can select is a <strong>Murgh Tikka Masala\/Chicken Tikka Masala<\/strong> which is a tandoor grilled chicken breast in makhni sauce and saut\u00e9ed onions. We&#8217;ve had this dish many times before and is one of our absolute favorite!<\/p>\n<p>Of course they didn&#8217;t forget dessert for dads!\u00a0On this menu it is a Chocolate Samosas filled with white and dark chocolate and served with a trio of sauces. However, in honor of the RED Campaign, we decided to\u00a0try the dessert from the RED menu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7525\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-42.jpg\" alt=\"Tamarind_6_2015-42\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-42.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/12-7520-post\/Tamarind_6_2015-42-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The RED Velvet Cake was was fantastic. Not overly sweet with the white chocolate and strawberries made for a perfect ending to a great meal.<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you\u00a0\u00a0to everyone at Tamarind of London for giving us the opportunity to taste and experience their awesome Father&#8217;s Day and RED menu items.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have an amazing dad like we do?
