Wendy and I have attended and worked at the Anaheim Convention Center many times. We’re very familiar with the the area restaurants. However, for one reason or another, we’ve not visited the restaurant at the Anaheim Marriott. We were excited to have attended the Grand Opening Party of the new nFuse Bar & Kitchen\u00a0<\/strong>recently.<\/p>\n

It was quite breath-taking to see\u00a0the results of the hotel’s recent $15 million renovation. \u00a0As part of the renovation, Anaheim Marriott created the nFuse Bar & Kitchen, a comfortably modern bar, social lounge and restaurant for business or social gatherings. It\u00a0offers a variety of unique seating options and spaces that welcomes individuals and large groups alike. \u00a0For more intimate conversations, guests can grab a seat in the stylish social lounge. It was amazing how big an area and seating nFuse had.<\/p>\n

There were a lot of fun activities for the guests at the opening – from photo booths, video walls, souvenirs and live entertainment. The entire staff was very hospitable and made us feel welcome and at home.<\/p>\n

Everyone got a personalized etched glass. Wendy of course had her Wendyful World etched.
\n\"jpg19\"nFuse Bar and Kitchen features top shelf wines and spirits, perfectly aged bourbons and twenty-four beers on tap including a wide variety of premier California craft microbrews. \u00a0Its expert mixology team can also handcraft a cocktail from house made infused syrups, freshly squeezed juices and artfully prepared with the best local and seasonal produce.<\/p>\n

The dishes served featured numerous food\u00a0from their new menu. They\u00a0are designed for sharing,\u00a0but you will be tempted to eat it all yourself \u00a0because they are so good. So many tray-pass dishes\u00a0came around with serving after serving of delicious food. From Rack of Lamb<\/strong>, Sliders<\/strong>, Lobster Mac & Cheese ,\u00a0<\/strong>heavenly\u00a0Ahi Tuna <\/strong>(pictured below),\u00a0different Salads<\/strong>, Breads<\/strong> and even G<\/strong>oat Cheese<\/strong>, not to mention a variety of spirits<\/strong> (see the bourbon\u00a0tasting bar above)! We were completed wow’ed and stuffed all night!<\/p>\n

If that isn’t enough, dessert was not forgotten with an Adult Milkshake, Butterscotch Pudding, Valrhona Chocolate Truffles and even a\u00a0peanut butter and jelly bite. Anyone of these is a perfect for a little accompaniment\u00a0with a nightcap.<\/p>\n

We were thrilled to meet chef, David Dulkis. He has been with the Marriott for 30 years. Having grown up in a farm,\u00a0he has been practicing the Farm-to-Table concept long before anyone ever knew about it.<\/p>\n

nFuse Bar & Kitchen is a great place for a relaxing tasty meal, meeting up with friends or even just a quick bite and drink after a long day. You won’t be disappointed as we really enjoyed all of their offerings and service.<\/p>\n

Thank you Marriott Anaheim and nFuse Bar & Kitchen, it was an amazing event meeting everyone and hanging out with some of my favorite blogger friends! We can’t wait to go back soon!<\/p>\n
