Because liquid nitrogen is so cold (-346\u00b0F and -320.44\u00b0F), the milk particles stay extremely small without forming into ice crystals, creating an ultra smooth creamy texture.<\/p>\n

I’ve wanted to try Creamistry for some times and finally got my first chance at the Irvine location awhile back. It was a Saturday night and the line was out the door. It’s not hard to imagine why once I got my first taste. Using liquid nitrogen, the Creamologist mixes all the ingredients you’ve selected to create the freshest and creamiest ice cream I’ve ever had!
