I was hired to attend their event and photograph the dishes that would be created that night. Little did I know Pulmuone was about to surprise me with the food and company as the night progressed. \u00a0A couple of weeks later while shopping at H Mart, Wendy and realized we\u00a0have bought many of Pulmuone&#8217;s products. Mr. Lemoine shared Pulmuone Food&#8217;s history and their philosophy of providing authentic wholesome foods featuring the highest quality, all natural ingredients. He then introduced the chef for the evening, Nathaniel Nguyen. (Featuring Monterey Gourmet Foods Spinach &amp; Cheese Ravioli, Wildwood Onederful Tofu). The Five Cheese Ravioli with Meatless Bolognese (Featuring Monterey Gourmet Foods Five Cheese Ravioli, Wildwood Meatless Crumbles) were simply delicious. I loved the cheese and \u00a0shockingly for me, a guy who loves meat, the sauce was wonderfully tasty and paired very well with the ravioli.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6404\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Collages80.jpg\" alt=\"Collages80\" width=\"700\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Collages80.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Collages80-300x246.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6387 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Pulmuone-78.jpg\" alt=\"Pulmuone Foods\" width=\"700\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Pulmuone-78.jpg 700w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Pulmuone-78-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next was a detailed and informative demonstration on preparing Spicy Chicken Empanades (Featuring FitPatties-Tangy Chipotle).\u00a0Chef Nguyen showed how he took one product and creatively used it in a new way. By breaking down the FitPatties (a blend of all natural chicken and vegetable protein) to a ground, it now became the perfect filling. Using pie dough as the shell, he quickly filled them with the meat, vegetables, seasoning, and folded each. Once again I was surprised at how much I enjoyed these. Mmm bananas,&#8230; milkshake&#8230; words I love, but tofu (as much as I have had it in my adult life) still makes me pause. Some habits can be hard to break. \u00a0And so, again, foolishly I was a bit hesitant. However, one sip and I was sold-why yes more please.
