\u00a0Yep, she was one of the contestant on Top Chef Season 9, Top Chef: Texas. \u00a0I am a huge fan of the show and her!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6002\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages40.jpg\" alt=\"Collages40\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages40.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages40-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>While we are familiar with her Farm-to-Table approach previously, she brings the Ocean-to-Fork philosophy to SIP Lounge. \u00a0&#8220;We are in Long Beach where we have plenty of ocean resources. \u00a0It only makes sense that we take advantage of it.&#8221;, says Chef Falvo. \u00a0I couldn&#8217;t agree more. \u00a0She created some of the most spectacular dishes that were presented during the recent media tasting I attended. \u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages34.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" \/>Who needs potato chips when you can have Kale Chips?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ahi Tuna (compressed watermelon, basil, cilantro, thai chili in jicama wrap) &#8211; This is such a smart and innovative way to serve Ahi Tuna!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bacon Caramel Corn &#8211;\u00a0Can I get a tub of this? \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/jpg46.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" \/>I like sweeter cocktail and the Strawberry Martini was perfect! \u00a0Our server also suggested wine and I decided on Sparkling Rose, light and refreshing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6033\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/LB_Ren-10.jpg\" alt=\"LB_Ren-10\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/LB_Ren-10.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/LB_Ren-10-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Chicken Strip\/Chip with Homemade Sriracha Sauce &#8211; Thinly sliced tender chicken. \u00a0Chef Falvo&#8217;s own Sriracha was less garlicky and sweet. \u00a0We all agreed we liked it just as much as the original Sriracha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages35.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"700\" \/>We got to sample oysters 2 ways; Oyster on half shell and Roasted Oyster, both were excellent!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages36.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/>Fried Oyster &#8211; These were big with bold flavor. \u00a0Love the fried jalapeno pepper that gave it a little punch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Smoked Prawns Puttanesca &#8211; Absolutely delicious! \u00a0I must have had 5 of these! \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Collages37.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"700\" \/>Asparagus Fondue (parmesan, quail egg) &#8211; How cute were these individual servings?
