\u00a0I really think they should start selling these because I&#8217;d absolutely buy them to go.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/jpg.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" \/>There are so many delicious cocktails on the menu, many are available during happy hour with exceptional values. \u00a0Here featured above, from left to right, are \u00a0PATR\u00d3N FRUZION\u00a0(Fruit-infused Patr\u00f3n Silver\u00a0swirled into 6TH Street Margarita), \u00a0SKINNY MARGARITA (Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado, triple sec, fresh lime juice, Herradura Agave\u00a0Nectar, club soda and a salted rim), \u00a06TH STREET MARGARITA on the rock and\u00a0CHAMBORD MARGARITA (Chambord Liqueur swirled into\u00a06TH Street Margarita).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Images.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/><strong>SEAFOOD PAELLA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0A skillet of scallops, shrimp, mussels and Andouille sausage tossed with toasted saffron and green pea rice. $17.95 (Gluten Free)<\/p>\n<p>I love this dish and frequently order it at restaurants, so I was particular happy to see this on the menu. \u00a0There are so much seafood and portion is quite big so it&#8217;s perfect to share.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/jpg1.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/><strong>SWEET CHILE PORK TENDERLOIN &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Pan-seared pork tenderloin over saut\u00e9ed spinach and arugula, finished with sweet chile butter sauce and garnished with an orange and jalape\u00f1o salad. 13.95 (Gluten Free)<\/p>\n<p>This dish reminds me of Thai cuisine because of the sweet chile butter sauce. \u00a0The pork tenderloin was cooked perfectly. \u00a0Even if you can&#8217;t take too much spiciness, you&#8217;re safe with this. \u00a0I ate the left over with rice for lunch and it was still delicious.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Images1.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/><strong>SOUTHERN CHICKEN THIGHS<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Crispy chicken served with Southern-style succotash, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and finished with mango chutney. $11.95<\/p>\n<p>This was my favorite of the night! \u00a0I am Asian and I love dark meat which is actually more flavorful than white meat and won&#8217;t dry up as easily. \u00a0The crispy skin with the tender meat was delightful in every bite.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Temp.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/><strong>FISH TACOS &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Crispy fish served in corn tortillas with Southwestern Slaw, mango salsa and served with black beans and saffron rice. $11.95<\/p>\n<p>I was so surprised at how big the fish pieces were. \u00a0I liked them and I would suggest that you ask for some\u00a0\u00a0jalape\u00f1o tartar sauce for extra flavor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5780\" alt=\"Ztejas Spring-43\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Ztejas-Spring-43.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Ztejas-Spring-43.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Ztejas-Spring-43-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>CATFISH BEIGNETS<\/strong>\u00a0Catfish dusted with cornmeal and fried crisp, served with jalape\u00f1o tartar sauce. $10.25<\/p>\n<p>This is on the regular menu. \u00a0I was curious about the &#8216;beignets&#8217; thinking they would be shaped like donut holes but they were not. \u00a0I really loved these. \u00a0The cornmeal gave them a tad bit sweet flavor. \u00a0Just like (donut) &#8216;beignets&#8217;, you can&#8217;t stop eating them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Images2.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/><strong>MANGO UPSIDE DOWN CAKE &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Warm mango cake finished with Myers Dark Rum butter and served with mango sorbet. 6.95<\/p>\n<p>I love all things mango, so naturally I am a fan of this dessert.<\/p>\n<p>Allen and I absolutely adore the Spring menu. \u00a0They also have great Happy Hour. Monday-Friday 3pm &#8211; 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm &#8211; 6pm in the entire restaurant.
