The main dining room is very open and equipped with a retractable roof over-looking the marina. \u00a0With the travertine\u00a0floor and wicker chairs, you get the outdoor feel with indoor comfort. \u00a0The Brunch Buffet stations are setup alongside the back. \u00a0I \u00a0was so impressed with the spread, for a second, I thought I was in Vegas, home of the famous buffet.<\/p>\n

\"\"At the start of the buffet station, an assortment of freshly baked pastries, breads and fresh fruits. \u00a0\"\"The salads looked so beautiful! \u00a0I love that they kept the portion of each station small and refilled them constantly to keep everything fresh. \u00a0\"\"\"\"You can go for the ready-made salad or create your own with all the trimmings and different salad dressing.\u00a0\"\"The different smoked salmons to make lox. \u00a0\"\"Perhaps the most impressive of all was the Seafood colossal with an ice-sculpture. \u00a0The oysters and shrimps were big and plump. \u00a0And ….. wait for it …….. those KING crab legs!!! \u00a0\"\"\"\"You heard it right, these were KING crab legs! \u00a0I have never been to any buffet that served KING crab legs! \u00a0I really appreciated the way they pre-cut these to make them easy to eat. \u00a0\"\"Of course there were the usual breakfast fare – Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Country Potatoes and Egg Benedict.<\/p>\n

\"\"French Toast and Waffle with Fresh Fruits and Whipped Cream.
\n\"\"You must try the Egg Benedict! \u00a0Most times an Egg Benedict in a buffet \u00a0does not hold up too well, but here because they kept the station relatively small, the turn over was fast so they stayed fresh and not over cooked.
\n\"\"Seafood Linguini and Chicken Enchiladas with Spanish Rice were not to be missed. \u00a0\"\"The made to order Omelet Station was amazing! \u00a0Allen and I always order the ‘Everything Omelet’! \u00a0Sooo good!
\n\"\"At the carving station were Prime Rib and Roast Turkey. \u00a0More hot entrees were around the corner with Salmon with Saffron Sauce, Prime Pork with Apricot Glaze and Tortilla Soup. \u00a0I loved the\u00a0Prime Pork with Apricot Glaze!
\n\"\"Oh boy, the Chocolate Fountain!!! \u00a0Who doesn’t love Chocolate Fountain? \u00a0\"\"Cheese and Crackers. \u00a0\"\"The dessert station satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth. \u00a0Those freshly baked cookies were soft and warm! \u00a0The Cookie Monster, aka Allen, had enough for a whole month! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42\"\"The bottomless Mimosa just kept getting refilled. \u00a0We also got a Bloody Mary to try. \u00a0Delicious! \u00a0\"\"\"\"There is a reason why I would recommend making a reservation for the Saturday\/Sunday brunch – people LOVE it so much they came in groups! \u00a0We saw people celebrating birthday and families having their get-togethers or couples like us just enjoying a relaxing weekend.<\/p>\n
