Their food menu consists of small plates with a Tunisian influence, cheese and charcuterie boards and a retail section that\u00a0celebrates\u00a0artisanal and local products.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 When I received the press release about Barsha Wines &amp; Spirits&#8217; one-year anniversary celebration, I decided to check it out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Photos by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allentaylorphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Allen Taylor Photography<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/jpg2.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/>Located in a strip mall in Manhattan Beach, the wine bar has a rustic and vintage feel.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Collages5.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"699\" \/>When we first arrived, the evening had just started.\u00a0 Soon people came in groups and quickly filled up the space.\u00a0 Everyone crowded around the tasting station.\u00a0 I managed to try 2 different wines.\u00a0 Unfortunately I could not remember the names of them because I couldn&#8217;t really hear through the crowd.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Collages6.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"699\" \/>Doma Kitchen, a family-owned cafe located in Redondo Beach provided some tasty salads and sandwiches.\u00a0 Chef Kristina creates a globally inspired menu prepared with fresh farmer\u2019s market ingredients.\u00a0 Doma Kitchen is dedicated to support earth-friendly practices, always serving antibiotic free meat and poultry, and fresh seasonal items prepared to order.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/jpg4.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/>The Quinoa &amp; Organic Mixed Greens Salad and Rice \u201cPlov\u201d were perfect small eats. \u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Collages7.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/>I really enjoyed these sandwiches as well.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/jpg3.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"699\" \/>Allen managed to squeeze in among a sea of people to snap these pictures of the wine and beer for tasting.\u00a0 I couldn&#8217;t begin to name them so I guess you will just have to visit them to find out what all they have in the shop.\u00a0 I got to talk to quite a few guests who are regulars at Barsha&#8217;s and they all say it&#8217;s one of their favorite wine bars to visit.<\/p>\n<p>Additional food was served by Made by Meg.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Collages8.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"699\" \/>Ahi Tuna Tartar with Asian Guacamole on Hand Fried Wontons, Summer Tomato Bisque Shooters with Avocado Oil Spicy Sausage, and Walnut and Herb Stuffed Cremini Mushroom.\u00a0 People were grabbing these as they came out of the kitchen.\u00a0 Poor Meg and her helpers couldn&#8217;t make them fast enough. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Collages9.jpg\" width=\"665\" height=\"850\" \/>These Beef Sirloin Sliders with Aged White Cheddar and Caramelized Onions on Brioche Buns were definitely the star of the night.\u00a0 I had 2 but I could probably eat 5 of them because they were so good.\u00a0 I had to refrain myself because there were so many guests.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/BarshaWines-72c.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is Adnen, owner of Barsha, and his adorable daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Barsha offers wine enthusiasts 2 wine club memberships.\u00a0 As a member, you will enjoy the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two bottles of wine every month from a\u00a0vast array of regions!<\/li>\n<li>Tasting notes and food parings for all wines!<\/li>\n<li>1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0dibs on all winemaker events!<\/li>\n<li>20% off all wine events, wine flights, and food\u00a0in tasting room!<\/li>\n<li>5% off all retail purchases including wine,\u00a0spirits, beers, gourmet food products\u2026and more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Barsha regularly hosts wine tasting events.\u00a0 For the upcoming events, check them out on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BarshaWinesAndSpirits\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a>.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re interested in hosting your private event, give them a call, too.\u00a0 Happy wine tasting!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Barsha\u00a0Wines &amp;
