Seasonal Menu Media Tasting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ever since my sister introduced Seasons 52 to me with a gift card for Christmas 2 years ago, I have fallen in love with it after my first dining experience here in August 2011 (featured <a href=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/?p=27\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/?p=973\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>).\u00a0 My family and I dine here regularly for different occasions; birthday, family get-together, or a nice date night for me and my husband.\u00a0 It never fails to impress us.\u00a0 I was so excited to have an opportunity to come and try the Seasonal Menu last weekend.<\/p>\n<p>I call Seasons 52 my PERFECT restaurant.\u00a0 I love the beautifully presented delicious food cooked with the freshest ingredients in natural cooking techniques to keep each dish under 475 calories!\u00a0 I always enjoy my meal &#8211; full, happy, satisfied, but never heavy.\u00a0 The service is always outstanding and the ambiance is always fun but relaxing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Photo by <a href=\"http:\/\/allentaylorphotography.com\">Allen Taylor Photography<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2830\" title=\"Season52-110\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-110.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-110.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-110-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>It was a beautiful sunny Saturday morning, so we chose to sit at the outdoor patio.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2820\" title=\"Season52-7\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-7.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-7.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-7-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been so cold that I haven&#8217;t had cold drinks in a while.\u00a0 The Sparkling Raspberry Green Tea was bubbly refreshing. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2817\" title=\"Collages65\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages65.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages65.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages65-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was such an honor to meet Executive Chef Partner, Chef Adam Starchman, who came to introduce himself and brought us the this Amuse Bouche made with lobster, avocado, and splash of lime.\u00a0 What a way to start our 2 1\/2 hour culinary treats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2819\" title=\"Season52-6\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-6.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-6.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-6-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seasons 52 offers seasonally-inspired menu which changes weekly (thus the number 52).\u00a0 Everyone raves about the flatbread.\u00a0 On the special menu was Spicy Pork Taco Flatbread.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t worry, it&#8217;s actually quite mild in heat but strong in flavor.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2821\" title=\"Season52-24\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-24.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-24.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-24-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>Next comes the Soup, Ceviche, and Taco.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2818\" title=\"Collages66\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages66.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages66.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Collages66-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I was curious about this Spicy Thai Shrimp Soup.\u00a0 A sip and I was pleasantly surprised.\u00a0 Although it was a thicker soup, it tasted very light with a hint of curry and a bit acided from the lime.\u00a0 It&#8217;s loaded with tender pieces of shrimps.\u00a0 Delicious!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2822\" title=\"Season52-25\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-25.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-25.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-25-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Grilled Shrimp &amp; Scallop Ceviche (Grilled Pineapple, Coconut, Cilantro, Lime, Jalapeno) was a really nice variation from the traditional ceviche. It was creamy, a little sweet, a little tart with a bit of heat.\u00a0 The scallop was so tender I had ask the server if it was cooked.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve never tasted any cooked scallop so tender before.\u00a0 Wow!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2823\" title=\"Season52-29\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-29.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-29.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-29-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Winter Salad (Organic Arugula, Truffle Dressing, Portobello Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese).\u00a0 I adore the tenderness of the grilled portebello mushrooms and arugula.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2824\" title=\"Season52-48\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-48.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-48.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-48-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Manager, Ms. Rebecca Tesler, highly recommended this Soft Taco made with Vegetarian Black Bean and Roasted Pepper.\u00a0 Normally it comes in 3 but I asked for 1 to sample.\u00a0 I loved the taco shell which tasted between tortilla and flatbread.\u00a0 Lightly toasty and soft.\u00a0 My dad is a vegetarian and I know he would love this as much as I did.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2826\" title=\"Season52-57\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-57.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-57.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-57-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>New on the menu was this Grilled Chicken Caprese (Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Arugula, Basil Pesto).\u00a0 I like a good Caprese but never had it with a sandwich.\u00a0 It was a delicious hearty sandwich and I was so shocked that they were able to keep this within 475 calories!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2827\" title=\"Season52-61\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-61.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-61.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-61-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Everything was amazing up to this point but when the Oak-Grilled Filet Mignon (Cremini Mushrooms, Asparagus, Red Bliss Potatoes) came out, it earned the star of the meal.\u00a0 It was perfectly cooked (medium), melt-in-your-mouth tender in very bite.\u00a0 The red wine sauce didn&#8217;t overpower the meat.\u00a0 I have to say it was one of the best prepared\/cooked filet Mignon I&#8217;ve had for a long time.\u00a0 (Mastro&#8217;s, take note!)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2825\" title=\"Season52-52\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-52.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-52.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-52-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To tell you the truth, I didn&#8217;t have much room for dessert but I could not skip the famous Mini Indulgences!\u00a0 They are little shots of heavens!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2828\" title=\"Season52-82\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-82.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-82.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Season52-82-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Most notable was the Sugar Free Oreo Cookie.\u00a0 My all time favorite was\u00a0Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse.\u00a0 But if you&#8217;ve tried any of them, you know they are all good.<\/p>\n<p>Upper left to right: Pecan Pie with Vanilla Mousse, Mocha Macchiato, Market Fresh Fruit, Tropical Fruit Cheese Cake, Ghirardelli Chocolate Rocky Road.<\/p>\n<p>Lower left to right: Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse, Meyer Lemon Pond Cake, Sugar Free Oreo Cookie, Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli, Pecan Pie with Vanilla Mousse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2815\" title=\"2013_Season52\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/2013_Season52.jpg\" warm.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a place you can dress up for a date night out or go casual for a weekend brunch.\u00a0 If you enjoy wine with your meal, the restaurant stocks 100 selections &#8212; 60 offered
