Whenever we go to a breakfast buffet, we always order the everything omelette. Basically we want everything in the omelette; ham, sausage, bacon, green pepper, onion, mushroom, tomato, green onion, spinach, and, yeah, don&#8217;t forget the jalapeno pepper and cheese! Sounds good, doesn&#8217;t it? But you know who makes the BEST omelette? ME! Yes, yours truly!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_cMGKIOzM69I\/ShYmYBnfYVI\/AAAAAAAAALI\/N6BeLlm0muk\/s1600-h\/OmelettePrep.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5338496602487087442\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_cMGKIOzM69I\/ShYmYBnfYVI\/AAAAAAAAALI\/N6BeLlm0muk\/s1600\/OmelettePrep.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>The trick to get the fluffy omelette is to add a little milk when beating the eggs. Also add some garlic salt and black pepper to season. Sate &#8216;everything&#8217; in the pan for a few minutes, then pour the egg onto the pan. Once the bottom side is cooked firm enough, flip it over. (I have mastered the &#8216;flipping&#8217;, just so you know) Place some grated cheese on 1\/2 of the omelette. When omelette is fully cooked, fold the omelet and transfer to plate.
