{"id":1218,"date":"2011-11-10T22:59:04","date_gmt":"2011-11-11T06:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/?p=1218"},"modified":"2011-11-10T23:30:16","modified_gmt":"2011-11-11T07:30:16","slug":"wendyful-dinner-november-10-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/?p=1218","title":{"rendered":"Wendyful Dinner &#8211; November 10, 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been awhile since I cooked.\u00a0 I thought for this week&#8217;s family dinner night, I&#8217;d make a couple of my family&#8217;s favorite dishes; Honey Walnut Shrimp and Spicy Beef with Pickled Mustard Green.\u00a0 I also decided to make use of the left over rice to make Fried Rice instead of making new Steamed Rice.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1219\" title=\"2011-11-10_JPEG\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10_JPEG.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10_JPEG.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10_JPEG-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>The main ingredients for Fried Rice are Eggs (scrambled), Frozen Mixed Vegetables, and Rice.\u00a0 In this case, I actually combined left over white and brown rice.\u00a0 Garlic and Green Onions gave the fried rice some added flavor.\u00a0 Seasoned with a bit sugear, salt, and soy sauce to your taste.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1225\" title=\"Collages\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Collages15.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Collages15.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Collages15-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1224\" title=\"2011-11-10-25\" src=\"http:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10-25.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10-25.jpg 850w, https:\/\/wendyfulworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-10-25-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/>I cut Beef Shank into thin strips and marinated with oil, sugar, garlic salt, and soy sauce.\u00a0 Cut the Pickled Mustard Green into strips just like the beef.
